This is accomplished by carefully chosen tailored solutions, properly installed and configured coupled with required management and monitoring functions.
This process yields extremely reliable and a higher performing computing environment facilitating greater employee productivity and increasing your business’s potential.
Restated; Our results are systems and infrastructure that operate 365 days a year reliably and maintain their performance yielding the optimal working environment, saving and making you money thru greater productivity with your present staff.
Services:
Encompassing likely all aspects of your processing and communications environment; at the low-end, simple repairs and configuration, at the high-end complete site management and monitoring ensuring all of the components at your location perform and continue to perform near or at their peak potential.
This effort starts with offsite management and monitoring with a full site audit.
Garret Systems will provide remote IT management services and directly or indirectly to provide or facilitate all of your site operational and management needs.
Garret Systems will take responsibility for providing and implementing all of the solutions related to your information technology environment; networking, voice over IP, servers and client systems, FTP servers, and backup requirements.
I don’t sell or resell equipment or software per say. I audit your site, every system, every component, your network and your infrastructure. We then discuss what I saw and my recommendations vs. your goals to be certain that all of your needs and goals are met.
Much can be accomplished by simple management alone. Many times, small investments can yield big returns.
As needed I will advise you on purchases required to achieve your goals and then manage, provide and/or facilitate all of the solutions.
Our standard billing rate is $135 per hour. Maintenance customers monitoring and maintenance service fee is $70.00 per hour.
Practically speaking with this kind of service we can only do business with a relatively small number of companies and only have resources for a select group of clients; we have time available for a few more clients.
